Pet Portrait FAQs
If you are ordering a custom Pet Portrait, then you will need to send us your pet's photo after you have completed the checkout.
email a photo to art@paintedspaces.co.uk. Include your Order Number
(Please send it from the same email address you specified during the checkout process.)
Alternatively, send it via SMS / MMS/ or WhatsApp to 07876 832438.
Don't forget to include your order number

How do I send photos?

Can I use WhatsApp?
Yes, send your photo via WhatsApp to 07876 832438.
What photo quality is best?
Ideally choose a clear photo with good lighting that shows your pet’s face fully and sharply. Don't worry if you don't have the perfect photo, we will work with what you give us
There is no rush, if you need a little time to find the perfect photo for us to use as a reference image. You can send your photo anytime after checkout. Just dont forget to include your Order # which can be found on your confirmation email.
Do I need to send the photo straight away?
How do Gift Cards Work?
We will email you a gift card code. Your gift recipient can use the code in the 'Discount' field at checkout when purchasing a pet portrait.
When does painting begin?
We'll start on your painting as soon as we receive both your payment and photo. You should receive your finished portrait within 10 working days
